RankRadar provides an automated AI-generated SEO/GEO audit report for submitted websites.

The report is generated automatically and delivered to the customer by email.

RankRadar is sold on a one-time payment basis via Stripe.

Prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable.

No subscription is created as part of the purchase unless explicitly stated elsewhere on the website.

After successful payment, the report is delivered by email to the address provided during checkout.

Delivery is generally completed within minutes of purchase.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds are only available if the service has not yet been delivered.

All reports provided by RankRadar are for the customer's personal or internal business use only.

Reports may not be resold, republished, licensed, or redistributed without prior written permission from Netaudience.

RankRadar provides automated analysis and recommendations only and does not constitute legal, financial, marketing, or other professional advice.

Netaudience is not liable for any business decisions, losses, or damages arising from the use of, or reliance on, the report.

These Terms of Service are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

Netaudience may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

When updates are made, notice will be posted on the website and the revised terms will apply from the date of publication.
